Web31 mei 2024 · You will need to edit tempcontrol to set your preferred temperature limit. Inside the HiveOS Web UI, you will want to set your fan speed to 90%. Reboot the rig and use 'screen -r temp' to view the script. Doing this allows your rig to start out at 90% and then will throttle the fans down with the script, to avoid overheating.

I was getting a higher hashrate with other settings but the mem temp was around 98C. Edit: this is an MSI Gaming X model if that makes any difference. Web15 sep. 2024 · It is has gone over 100 to about 104 celsius, and shows red on the screen. The GPU temp is around 50s, so no issue there and fan is running at 50% I also modded the GPU, no difference. I put a big fan in front of the GPU, so it is just under 100 now for the memory temp. Should I be concerned about the memory temperature being so high?

Right now, on Windows, my core temps are running around 45-50 degrees even with the higher hash rates.
