WebbI just really liked this wallpaper and couldn't find a suite that matched it, so figured out a way to create the glowing ring effect in Rainmeter myself. As far as I'm aware, most people usually create a glow effect using image files, but in this suite it's drawn within Rainmeter so you can change the colours, size, etc. without needing Photoshop.
