Webb8 okt. 2024 · Have you enabled the rules in the Advanced settings of the app? (you mention you found the option, just want to ensure it is in the advanced settings that you found it). For example, the property can only be of type Text or Yes/No, and it can't be refinable or sortable. So as @Jussi said you will have to use the existing RefinableStringNN properties and wait for at least 24 hours for the full crawl.
