WebThat's why for .308 the length is 16", but 6.5 Creed is 18" and .277 Fury is 16". It's literally the minimum length barrel for each rifle. For MV per inch of barrel, RifleShooter has a great article with testing. The Cross is first and foremost a lightweight hunting rifle and IMO Sig has done a great job of it.
